Bulk post monthly journals
Post every unposted journal up to a month in one go, before the automatic run.

Anyone with access to the organisation.
Prepaidly posts the month’s journals on the 1st of the following month anyway. Use bulk posting when you want them in Xero sooner: for an early close, a management report, or to catch up after reconnecting Xero.
On the Schedule Register, select Bulk Post Monthly Journals
Choose Up to month, then select Refresh
It starts at last month. The list shows every unposted journal dated up to the end of the month you choose, from all schedules. You can’t choose a month after the current one.
Check the list
Everything is ticked. Untick anything you don’t want to post yet; the line above the table shows how many are selected and their total. Select a row (not its tick box) to open that schedule.
Select Post Selected Journals, then confirm
Posting takes a few seconds per journal; keep the page open while Posting … journals to Xero shows. When it finishes, a summary shows how many were posted and the reason for any that failed. Posted journals drop off the list.
Bulk Post Monthly Journals
About bulk posting
- Prepaidly automatically posts any unposted journal entries to Xero on the 1st day of the following month. Use this page only if you would like to post them earlier.
- Once an entry is posted (manually here or by another user), the auto-post will skip it — there is no risk of double posting.
- Entries from voided schedules, write-off entries and any periods on or before the conversion date are excluded.

Post journals to Xero?
This will post 8 journal entries totalling $9,150.00 to Xero. This action cannot be undone here — voiding requires going back to each schedule.
The list never includes journals from voided schedules, write-offs, drafts, or periods on or before the conversion date. Posting cannot be undone from this page; to reverse a journal, void its schedule.
